These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations, stays, and services provided by Maien Al Madina Four Hotels, including View Al Madina Hotel, Valy Al Madina Hotel, Maien Taiba Hotel, and Finda Al Madina Hotel. By making a reservation or staying at any of our hotels, guests agree to these terms.

Reservations and Bookings

All reservations are made through an external third‑party booking engine. The hotel group does not process or store payment information on its own website. Reservation confirmations, modifications, and cancellations are subject to the terms provided by the booking engine at the time of booking.

Check‑in and Check‑out

Check‑in time is 16:00.

Check‑out time is 12:00.

Early check‑in or late check‑out may be offered subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A valid ID or passport is required at check‑in.

Rates and Payments

Room rates vary depending on the hotel, room type, season, and availability. Taxes and fees may apply according to local regulations. Payments are handled by the external booking engine or at the hotel reception, depending on the reservation type.

Cancellations and No‑Shows

Cancellation terms depend on the rate selected and the policies of the external booking engine used to make the reservation. Non‑refundable bookings may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. No‑show charges may apply.

Guest Responsibilities
